Hourly rates are excluding VAT. An internal client, such as your own admin, counts towards your hours but not your invoices.

Your hours are stored only in this browser. Download a backup now and then, so you lose nothing when you switch computers.
Your browser does not allow saving. Changes disappear when you refresh the page.
