Frequently asked questions
Do prices include VAT?
No, all prices exclude 21% Dutch VAT. Quotes and invoices always show VAT separately. For business clients outside the Netherlands within the EU, VAT is usually reverse-charged.
Can I get a quote without obligation?
Yes, I always make a tailored quote for every project. Book a free 30-minute intro call via the contact form and I'll look at what suits you best.
Is the training available in English?
Yes. Live training and team training can be given in English or Dutch, at the same prices. The online courses in the Academy are in Dutch for now.
What is the minimum term of the monthly retainer?
The monthly retainer has a minimum term of 3 months, followed by a notice period of 1 month. It's the most popular option because it lets you build real results.
What does website maintenance include?
WordPress core updates, plugin updates, daily backups, security monitoring and a monthly speed check. Including 1 hour of small changes per month. Annual contract, cancellable at the contract date.
Are the website packages fixed prices?
The prices shown are starting prices. The exact price depends on the size, the design you want and the features. I always make a clear, tailored quote before we start.
