For the 6th, 7th and 8th participant I charge € 75 extra per person excl. VAT (€90.75 incl.). A full day (2 half days) is possible for € 895 excl. VAT (€1,082.95 incl.). Travel costs are always added: € 0.25 per kilometre excl. VAT (€0.30 incl.), return trip from Noordwijk (near Leiden, on the Dutch coast). For more than 8 participants or a longer programme, I'm happy to put together a tailored quote. The training is available in English or Dutch, at the same price.

What exactly is a half day?
A half day is a morning or afternoon of about 3 to 4 hours, including a short break. A full day consists of two half days.
Why a minimum of 3 participants?
With fewer than 3 participants, one-to-one coaching is often a better fit and better value. From 3 people, a tailored training pays off, with interaction and discussion in the group.
What does it cost with more than 5 participants?
Up to 5 participants, the fixed half-day price of € 495 excl. VAT (€598.95 incl.) applies. For the 6th, 7th and 8th participant I charge € 75 extra per person excl. VAT (€90.75 incl.). For more than 8 participants I put together a tailored quote.
What does evaluation & follow-up involve?
After the training we briefly discuss what stuck and what the logical next steps are. A more in-depth one-hour follow-up session can be added for € 120 excl. VAT (€145.20 incl.).
Do you charge travel costs?
Yes, always. € 0.25 per kilometre excl. VAT (€0.30 incl.), the Dutch tax-free mileage allowance, calculated as a return trip from Noordwijk. Regardless of distance, even within the Leiden area.
Can the training be online instead of on-site?
Yes, that's possible. The half-day price stays the same, only the travel costs no longer apply.
Is the training available in English?
Yes. I give the team training in English or Dutch, at the same price.
